Microsoft 聯同香港寬頻企業方案在首階段會免費借出 Microsoft Surface 電腦，每間公司可借取最多 3 部電腦，以便員工在家工作，為期 3 個月，名額有限，先到先得。另外，香港寬頻企業方案及 HKBN JOS為其客戶推出三個月免費的一站式「遙距辦公室方案」。讓其企業客戶的員工無論身在何處，仍可連接其公司系統及取用數據照常運作。

香港寬頻企業方案及/或HKBN JOS之現有客戶可額外免費服務:

• 流動通訊服務 (包括6GB本地數據用量及無限本地話音通話分鐘)
• Windows Virtual Desktop 服務，以連接公司內部網絡、資料庫，使用公司內部服務等

Microsoft and HKBN Enterprise Solutions will provide Microsoft Surface to the first round of the Laptop Computer Rental Program. Each company will get max. 3 sets of Microsoft Surface to facilitate their work-from-home arrangement for 3 months. This program will run on a first come first serve basis until stock last. HKBN Enterprise Solutions offer one-stop Remote Office Solutions – FREE for 3 months to their existing customer. Enable customers to work from anywhere and access their company’s data and systems.

Existing customer of HKBN Enterprise Solutions and/or HKBN JOS can enjoy extra free service(s):

• Mobile Services (includes 6GB local data usage and unlimited local voice call minutes)
• Windows Virtual Desktop Service for connecting the company’s internal network, database and company service etc.

免費 Surface 手提電腦借用支援 – 條款及細則
1. 每部 Surface 手提電腦將收取港幣2,000元作按金並在交收時收取，所有按金將會歸還電腦後全數退回。
2. 服務供應商免費提供送收手提電腦服務，並會收取或退回按金。
3. 如借出之電腦發現任何人為損壞、遺失，申請人需以原價購買。
4. 申請人需出示有關商業登記證明以核實資格。
5. 免費借用期為3個月 (借出日起計)，申請人可決定繼續或不需要續借服務，續借為每部每月為港幣400元。
6. 所有免費提供之服務將會完免費借用期後自動取消。申請人需於免費借用期後15天內歸還電腦，所有電腦上之資料將會刪除。
7. 名額有限，先到先得，亦會按照實際情況、公司設定環境而定。
8. Microsoft、Come Know (Asia) Limited及其服務供應商持有最終決定權。

Free Laptop Computer Rental Program – Terms and Conditions
1. HKD 2,000 deposit is required for each renting Surface notebook device. All deposits will be refunded after the devices are returned.
2. Free delivery service for Surface notebook and deposit arrangement will be provided by service provider.
3. In case of any damage, lost, the applicants would need to purchase the device with original price.
4. Applicant need to provide the business registration in order to proceed application.
5. Free rental period is 3 months (the period starts at the first day of rental). Applicants could decide to continue the service or not after the free period. Rental fee is HKD 400 per month per device after the free period.
6. The service(s) will be auto terminated after free period. Customers have to return the Surface device in good conditions to designated location in 15 days after free period and have the data backed up by themselves.
7. On a “first come, first served basis. Application will be reviewed and approved based on actual needs and technical configuration.
8. Microsoft, Come Know (Asia) Limited and the service provider reserve the right to have the final decision.
